Shipping, Returns & Privacy

Purchase from our website to enjoy free Royal Mail Special Delivery on all orders. Simply order before 2pm, Monday to Friday, and we’ll dispatch within 24 hours. We’ll also let you know when your purchase is ready to be shipped and when it will arrive.


All prices are in UK Pounds Sterling
UK cheque – contact us for postal address.
Bank transfer – contact us for our bank details.
Credit or debit card – contact us for secure card payments over the phone.
Paypal – follow the checkout option for secure payments.

Credit Card Security

You can pay with your credit card knowing that the details will be secure. When payment is made through our website, card details are entered and processed on a secure server. We never see your card details.

Delivery – UK

Unless agreed otherwise, all items will be delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Clocks and larger objects will have in their description the option to collect from us in store or, for an additional fee, a personal set up experience at your home, office etc.
The postage and insurance costs are included in the price for jewellery, watches etc

Delivery – Non UK

Please Call or Email to place order and arrange shipment to countries outside the United Kingdom.

Unfortunately we cannot ship Grandfather clocks, bracket clocks etc overseas.

Unless agreed otherwise, all items, excluding clocks heavier than 500g, will be delivered by Royal Mail International Signed For.
The postage and insurance costs up to £500 are included in the price.
For higher value watches, we can provide additional insurance on request. 


We are always willing to accept back any items that you wish to return, for whatever reason, providing they are undamaged and in original condition. For items worn and then returned, eg rings, pendants etc, any damage found will incur a deduction from the cost of the purchase price to cover any repairs needed. Please see our terms and conditions for more information.

Please return items in the same condition and with the same accessories as purchased. Refunds will be processed after inspection in 5 working days. You can make a return by post or in person.

We just ask you to return them reasonably quickly (within 2 weeks) and carefully packed.

This privacy policy is separate from the Chris Ball Designs Terms and Conditions and sets out how we use and protect any information that you give us when you use this website. We may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page to ensure that you are happy with any changes.

We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

Occasionally send promotional emails about new items for sale, or other information which we think you may find interesting

Chris Ball Designs does not disclose customer or potential customer information to third parties other than when necessary to process credit card transactions and to despatch any orders received. We do not sell, buy or share mailing lists.

You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information.
If you have previously agreed with us to use your personal information for direct marketing purposes, you may change your mind at any time by  emailing us.

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998.
If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please email us as soon as possible. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
